The Chief of the Tokyo Police has arrested the bosses of the 5 biggest gangs in the city and created La Brigade des Torgnoles (The Slap Brigade), of which you are a member.

Your mission is simple: slap the gang leaders in the face as soon as their goons are causing trouble in the streets, to prevent them from doing it again

But be careful, because the Prefect’s son is hanging out with these delinquents.
Arrest him by mistake and you can kiss your career goodbye!
